Blow wind blow.
Take the misery 'way with you.
Leave no pain on the earth,
bring but love and lots of mirth.
Blow wind blow
If Spring it is or if Summer,
I think it doesn't even matter.
I know you wish oft to please,
so breathe incense to our seas.
Blow wind blow.
Then be back with heaven's cheer
to embrace our darling sphere.
To free the tears from blurry eyes,
kind enough to bring cool smiles
Blow wind blow

May I suggest using unto rather than onto. I like the repetition of the line blow wind blow
good luck on the contest
Thank you
dear Chrys... Always appreciate you kind visit.
Edited as suggested
Hello, Rula
Great title. It would be an answered prayer if the wind could blow away all the troubles of the earth, and replace with love and mirth. I am ignorant to the word "oudore" in the second stanza, line 4 - it seems important and I want to make certain I am understanding correctly. I like the repetition of "Blow wind blow" also. I love it that the wind is being addressed. Such a warm and respectful communication.
Thank you,
L
Hello Lavender
I adore lavender BTW ;-)
I thought Audore is kind of incense. Strange enough my Arabic Eng. dictionary give me audore but when I checked the En English one i can't find the word, so I simply replaced it with incense.
Always appreciate the honest feedback.
Thanks

I wish the wind...
could blow away the troubles of the world. If everyone was like you and wished for it, maybe it could happen!
I like the rhyme and near rhyme and I say good luck in the contest. Oh, you have a typo, You spelled incense wrong in the poem. ~ Geezer.
