This is a space for people to comment on the new dashboard, which we hope will eventually replace our homepage.
This feature is currently in testing by a limited group of members (if you've signed up for premium, this includes you). We will roll this out to all members when it is ready.

Thank you for bringing back a 'semblance' of what was on the old Neopoet format! I like this a lot!

Interesting
Having been an Allpoetry member for over 5 years and finding that site to be one of the best for navigating, when I started searching for new sites to broaden horizons, this one after being recommended I must say is pretty easy to find my way around. I think in most respects that's a prerequisite for getting people to stick around. The easier to post and review and join in the community the more fun it will be. Glad to be aboard.
Very good to hear that!
We've come a long way in terms of ease of use, it's seems.
Excellent and simple design
I am liking this thus far. No suggestions as of yet but I wanted to comment with my appreciation for the effort involved
This is good
Simple and direct, and I like the ability to customize the layout very much.

I like the dashboard, but I was use to the old one that to me seemed more user friendly, but we will see as i use it more offen.

So when do the AC get editing rights for the Community news?
It has remained stagnant for months until the election announcement.
It could be much more useful if the AC could post Workshop and Contest announcements.
It is so stagnant I doubt many even go there.
Where do we view the AC application forms?
We want to know who we are voting for.
AC voting guide
Jess,
Here's the draft voting guide - it will be finalized closer to the election (in a few days to a week):

dashboard and posting
How do I obtain this new dashboard? So far, my profile page looks the same as it did a couple of weeks ago. Secondly, can you find a way to make it easy and straightforward to post a poem on here? I have to spend a lot of time trying to figure it out whenever I want to do this. (I'm trying to figure out how to do it as I type and so far, coming up blank.) This is frustrating.
Please note the date of these postings.
It's likely the new dash was installed before you arrived

I'm not sure how long I've been a member. I did go away for a while because so many poetry publications will refuse a poem if it has been posted on a blog, even if this was only done to get critiquing. Then I got fed up with all these arrogant editors and decided to come back here where at least there is some constructive dialogue between members.

Question
The last two poems I have submitted, including one today, have not received any reviews, including AI. Am I doing something wrong or is AI still having issues? Thanks, Bill
It came through just fine.
It came through just fine. Apparently I was just use to a quicker response because that was what I experienced in the past.
As usual, AI had several helpful suggestions.
Thanks. - Bill.
