The Truth and Fallacy of Words

Syllables and sounds
forming
What our heartbeats say with every
thump
Relieving the vibrations of our
throat
Echoes through their
eardrum
Resonates in the
sternum
Reciprocates
and procreates
With the same desperate
Vowels and
consonants

Your poem took me through the landscape of vowels, consonants and words, like a meandering river. It would be nice to know why the "Fallacy" in the title. I am sure there is a good reason which perhaps I missed out. I would like to also say that, the reader is left wanting more.
