ROCK THE CRADLE

ROCK THE CRADLE

Circles without end
years of angry words
days of silence
that took your love away
a will that would not bend
breaking childhood dreams
streams of your tears
that in time were mine
and the shame that I grew
to do the same to you,

the true emotion you've put in this Joe. Like the metaphor you've put through out and very effective closing lines.

A piece that is lost in the frivolous age of the young today, where tears are more for tantrums than meanings.
That you hold onto such things with such a strength, that is a weakness, but a true love of the things you did for others.
What else can I say young Joe, I feel you are as a rainbow that has a reflection when you look into the mirror of life.
Joe there were many years where you were so free,
Take care freedom is something sometimes so pure.
Sorry I speak in riddles but I think that you will know of what I speak, Yours as always, Ian.T
