Alouette

Bonne nuit ma petite alouette.
Tu me manques.
Lorsque la lune est morte
Tu voleras encore.

Translation doesn't tell it true, I will try to fathom out what you are saying:-

I will hide my face from you.
I miss you.
Yet as the Moon dies
I will see you fly

Bonnet harms my small lark.
I miss you.
When the moon died
You will still fly.
I suppose I could translate this in many ways it is fun but I would rather you tell me what you are trying to say lol

TRANSLATION:
Good night my little lark
I miss you

Your poetry holds a simple beauty as does Pangur Bán.
Words that can give a peace to a mind or raise good thoughts
Are beautiful in themselves,

Weirdelf is starting a workshop tomorrow or today it will be interesting as it deals with Originality, and as I think you write from that inner self your works are mostly Original in their beauty and formation,

The AC is being re voted this month then I think you will find some new workshops staring.
Have a look at Wesley's works for the Long epic's
Barbara's for a taste of short verses in couplets , also her everlasting Renga workshop.
These three are fun, and nothing against you starting your own not how you go about that though.
Take care and keep your writing true to your thoughts, Yours Ian.T
