The Voices of Twilight

Delerious shadows
taunting my dreams,
can't hear myself
over the screams;

unassuming silhouettes
jangle my brain,
as the voices of Twilight
slowly drive me insane.

Constantly echoed
the screams seem all blurred,
'til a collective syllable
starts forming a word;

then fragments start clinging
to the threads of a thought,
like pearls to a strand
with all that they've got!

These demons of shadows
stay clean out of sight,
with only their voices
out riding winds in the night;

so, if you hear echoes
of giggles, and screams;
it's the other world's voices
travelling by, on a moonbeam.

So, lose not your braveheart
lose not, your nerve,
the shifting voices of Twilight
has thrown you a curve!

You're not in great danger
for, Twilight's passed by,
if you'd also grabbed a moonbeam
you'd have vanished, in the sky!
