Incantations of Seduction

I felt your hand
 bunched
  in Egyptian cotton,
   unbinding
    a day’s inhibitions
     fabric curtained
      and fell, with it
       restraint
floated away

you come within
 fingers of breath
  from my lips,
   a tongue’s touch
    of bare tips
     stroking desire
      the scent of your lust,
overwhelms

a bead of desire,
 pooled to the corner
  of my mouth,
   I could smell in you
    musk and oak
     wafting
      on invisible
       incantations
        pulsing the air,
         you smelt so good
I could have eaten you

         as I did,
       your desire
     unleashed

all men follow some silent footsteps till last days
if this site had
had the number
who have read
then this one
would head
the list ,
alas no one listens
who damn cares
how many have read
but a poets heart it enlightens..
those who say else-wise need simply to be forgotten

does this look like a ccc CAPS CCC

I am happy if they are read
Doesn't matter the quantity
It's the quality that counts

the poem never leaves the mind
it stays there until it must be written
then it forms into "something"
then that something has substance

the substance becomes theme
then all the hard work starts
editing and reediting until
it becomes a poem or
something resembling a poem

Nordic cloud

Natty placing of you poem dear Jayne,

You start with the unbinding
of the Egyptian mummy,
the awakening of the libido to life,
unable to resisit,
the breath of the fingers,
and the odours of the body,

(that my father said were infinitely
more attractive than all oher perfumes,)

What a meal,
although I'm not sure it is enhanced by the lay out.

Love Ann.
