two rosy poets

You said
Don't you dare
I composed
I dare

well you and I
are too ferocious a pair

you say don't
I say do,

you must be more positive
like me too

never give in to the machinations of human beings,
fight for your right …

yet when you are wrong,
just admit it

no one knows the real art of living,
only reduce stress
in whatever way you can
also make compassion
your norm

for there is nothing beyond love,
in the life's sweet and short sojourn

you will learn
but I know it ...

experience upon my countenance reveals
those who steal
are cowards still

amazed! Loved, I didn't experience the usual disorientation of the twisted roads you follow in getting to the point, losing me in the fog. I'm sure that there have been many times when I would have and could have enjoyed your work much more than I have, if you had been this succinct! Thank you Loved for this one ~ Gee

indeed a comment of compliment. Like I have often said before, I always read your work though I may not comment. I wouldn't presume to comment on a piece of work by you that I didn't feel I had a chance of understanding. Sometimes I just feel that I shouldn't because I wouldn't want to offend you, not knowing the real intent of your work. I am only self taught and sometimes not very astute. This one just made me feel that I understood it in the main and I felt confident enough to comment. Friends~ Gee

you are free to comment and not
in my favour either,
as I am still a novice
and shall so remain ,
despite the evening of my life,
as the sun sets
just any moment
many dawns
I too have seen
ask Stan how many.
