Eat beans with me

My brother likes beans a lot
Sometime in a porridge mixed
With plantain, potato and yam
I like bean cake called Akara
Beans are eaten in many ways
Blended with season and spices
Boiled in bowls, my moi moi
So served with rice and stew
Cook beans, make it all soft
Add onions, pepper and leaves
Cray fish, dry fish and oil
With salt to taste, let it cool
Welcome to wonder world

Unfortunatly the cost of eating beans is not just the purchase price lol. But I also like a good pot of slow cooked mixed beans and corn bread. I like your vivid description of an every day meal...........stan

My husband loves baked beans. He makes them himself. I think the molases that go into them is his secret ingredient! LOL, secrets's out now.

I read your interview in the newsletter. You are a very interesting person.

I did not have much to talk about, I only dream of being a great poet one day, or did I present myself as funny and silly? Anyway, I appreciate your interest, thanks and best wishes.
