Men-o-pause

There is a time in your life
When you go through a change
Now, that it's been  three months
I'm planning a men-o-pause party
For my fifty first birthday, yeah!

An operation removing tubes and organs
Bring men-o-pause on early
Making life free from reproducing, but
No matter the freedom to be free
Nothing compares to men-o-pause brought on naturally

The sickness and depression
Makes life impossible for a while, but
The new forties is joyous, when
Mixed with alcohol
Having never drunk or partied before coming fifty

I agree partied is better and have made the changes. I have been telling people this lately just to see the look their faces. I thought writing it into a poem would be great theme for poetry humor. I won't literally have a party teehee.

Would love to have you join in teehee

All men take cover there's a party-girl on the loose named Barbara lol. I'm too young at 57 to have gonr through manopause yet so I'll take your word about effects..................stan

Only men not wanting children are invited La la
That way none will be miserable
Partying the night away haha
not literally planning a party just having fun shocking people. I'm a serous person all the time. So jokes and kidding is a boat I miss often in life annoying people. Never intentionally hahaha

poem Barbara. I thought it had to do with taking a pause from the company of men! LOL You did break free of the norm for you, and I think you did just fine. Jokes and laughter make for good party companions. Make sure you invite them often. ~ Gee
