Watching fiercely, and glowing bright,
Mother moon, gaurdian of night.
Goddess of twilight, she protects so well,
There to defend, where dark things dwell.
She catches nightmares, with the power of love
Sweeps them away on the wings of a dove,
Do not fear night, for she is the queen,
Glowing in the sky, proud to be seen.

my friends!
I have missed you all so much! Good to see you.

Here in the UK we spell 'Guardian' like that!
You have captured a great topic here, I personally see the night as evil but you have turned that idea upside down and brought a super poem.
Welcome back my dear friend.

Greeneyes
It is good to see you back. Welcome.
The rhyme here is wonderful. I love the subject, and the cadence is awesome, a thing I find so difficult to do well, with rhyme.
The only criticism I have...is that you were not invited back sooner.

Poetic Song!
As I sang the peoemic song,
Ah! My eyes went
With the waves along
And
At every corner of my eye
I saw Green eyes
So naively shy
Wow just poetry tis
At times I wonder
How I miss
And
How still so many
Read mine
After reading yours
I just can't imagine
Who’s on all fours?
On the wooden
Dancing floors?
Its so good to hear from
