Maybe...
you missed at your attempt at a Cinquain, but you certainly did a good job of putting the idea across. I look forward to seeing the whole thing. ~ Geez.

Okay...
you did hit the broadest definition of a cinquain, but as I read the definition of it on Google, many of the examples that they give don't make the precise definition either. It specifically says that here are five lines that proceed in the order of:
First line: Two syllables
Second : four
Third : six
Fourth : eight
Fifth : two
but even the examples they give are not to the stricter models.
Don't get me wrong, I will agree that yours does meet the requirement of five lines in unrhymed poetry, and
I still like what you did, I am pleased to see you stretching your legs on different modes of poetry.

This is what I found about a cinquain:
Cinquain
Cinquain is a short, usually unrhymed poem consisting of twenty-two syllables distributed as 2, 4, 6, 8, 2, in five lines. It was developed by the Imagist poet, Adelaide Crapsey. (For further information, please scroll down for an article on Cinquain from the SP Quill Quarterly Magazine written by Deborah P Kolodji.)
Another form, sometimes used by school teachers to teach grammar, is as follows:
Line 1: Noun
Line 2: Description of Noun
Line 3: Action
Line 4: Feeling or Effect
Line 5: Synonym of the initial noun.
Example:
angels
kind beyond words
they protect and forgive
and make feelings of blissfulness
cherubim
This is the form I tried to follow?
I need to get lines to 2,4,6
I need to get lines to 2,4,6,8,2
Thanks for seeing this. I plan to edit. To meet the form. Wow, what was I thinking?
