PUSH ME

I may appear all this strong,
Act up like nothing is wrong,
But I am wailing inside,
You can see it in my eyes.
I need not full rescue,
Just a little help from you,
I have the ladder and a plan,
Someone to push me,
So I can climb,
Is this really too much to ask.

from behind.
This is the place, the place where you can find it.
You will get as much push and support here as the effort you put in.
Welcome to Neo. I see you have a little bit of rhyme and some free verse in this one.
A mixture that will stand you in good stead as you find your heart amongst
as many different styles as there are here. Good luck and welcome to Neopoet.

Hello, Hussainy,
Interesting poem! You have the ways and means to climb, but just need a bit of encouragement. I like this take on the theme, and the rhythm and pace are good. The final line lends a nice pause to ponder the thought. Welcome!

Ask and you shall receive- here is your gentle push to keep going....you are doing great!

I think it would be a stronger poem if you left off the last line and ended the poem with:

So I can climb
