The Ride

I hear the sound of your distant tears falling

I can feel your broken heart as it is calling

I jump onto my trusty horse, and I ride

I long to be back again by your loving side

I want to feel once again your soft lips

Feel my arms around your curving hips

Rain nor beast can slow my horse down

As I ride through dark forests and towns

When I reach you, we will never part again

As we love our love that has no end

Love this. It's my type of Poem. Flows easy from the heart.

I like all your stuff. This on especially speaks to me. My wife and I are pretty hopelessly co dependent on each other. Sometimes just going to work and and being apart for the day seems like forever. I also never want to leave, and when I do I feel like I’m battling my way back to some safe place against the nape of her neck under the aroma of her hair. I feel this. Deeply.
