in spite of having taken the covid and covid booster shot, I came down with it. more mildly than I would have if I hadn't had the injections. or I think it would have killed me. I have a very poor immune system. due to being in the womb of a drug addict mother. (she was also a nurse, so she had easy access to all kinds of drugs, though mostly pain killers) to make things worse, her brother was a doctor who sent/mailed her all sorts of "samples" that he received from pharmaceutical companies. I feel like I'm doing better now. (but) a few weeks ago, I slipped and fell in the shower. Steve phoned for medical assistance. I was really banged up, especially my right hand, which I fell on. my left hand got caught in the handicap handle. I came down hard on my backside, got incredible colors from the bruises. the x-rays showed that no bones were broken. mostly badly sprained, and pride horribly mangled. I got lucky there. I didn't feel much like reading or writing :( the pinky on my left hand was sprained real bad I can't make a fist with that hand. even thought I am using two fingers to type it still hurts. it has taken me over an hour for me to write this message. I hope your holiday was nice.
