AUTUMN...2022

Autumn comes to all living beings
including animals birds and bees...
albeit timed differently,

but season's autumns
are more or less
timed
this year's autumn was different
it missed time...

winter came around
rather suddenly
after a while autumn
again took over the siege

hear me
just let me play
with my colorful leaves
let me enlighten thee...

I am autumn
know all ye

Autumn is hanging in there. I wouldn't mind if it hung around for a while yet. I see you playing with the colors of Fall, you are dressed in yellows and oranges, and spreading cheer all around. Not your usual somber mood! Nice work! ~ Geez.

Autumn...2022

Hello, Lovedly,
I recently read a short poem about "playing" - "...the real joy in life comes in its play." Which is in doing anything we love apart from profit, compulsion, or sense of duty. This poem affirms that feeling for me, remembering the animals, birds and bees. And the playfulness with the colorful leaves. I really like the final line - a great invitation: the best way to know fall, is to experience and play with it.
