MY MOTHER (Contest)
As the morning sunset brandish it's glittering sight,
so is my dear loving Mother's gap teeth unveils it's right,
As the stars winks it's eyes lid from above,
so is my Mother's cheeks winks as she laughs in love,
A quintessential tough woman in her prime,
a natural born instructor yet she never exceeds high school,
a staunch christian mother,
a lector in the church,
she speaks tongues of fire,
a prayer captain,
she is tireless in prayer,
devil flees from her voice of intercession
and never return to earth axis.
do you want to get free from your spiritual dilemma?
get in touch with her and ask her to pray on your behalf.
she is ever ready to fast as soon as possible.
a devout mother of seven boys and a daughter,
she is so caring and welcomes strangers with pure heart,
a benign soul,
she fought fervently to survive her life
but diabetes was her arch enemy!
she put off the mortal coil in 2011,
I miss her so much!
adieu Mrs Anthonia Onyenonachi Onuoha!

dear Jack,
this is really lovely! it paints a clear picture of not just your Mother, but her children, too! You are a good and loyal child...
* hugs and appreciation, Cat & eddy, too.
Thanks Cat!
Thank you so much for your kind commentary. I appreciate your time for reading through.
Being that this...
is the only part that rhymes, I thought that it should be put in proper meter,
so I slightly rearranged the lines to make them fit
As the morning [sunrise] brandishes it's glittering light
so too, my dear Mother's gapped teeth, just look right
and as the stars show their lidded eyes from above
so my Mother's cheeks wink as she laughs in love
The rest is so good that I wouldn't mess with it. Something I wish that I had written. ~ Geezer.
