I guess...
death is never far from a person's mind when we get older. I'm sure that most of us poets would like to know that all of our poetry will have been read and opined on before we die, so that we can see how it was received. As prolific as you are, I doubt that you will achieve that goal, so be happy with the stuff that you write now and make it about things that really matter, like love, hate, greed, politics and anything but "I am going to die, and nobody will read my poetry anymore." Get used to it! Most of us will never achieve the fame of the masters, and when we die, we will live on for as long as someone close remembers us. The it's off to obscurity we go! Lovedly who? LoL

.
Gee you alone are my best mentor today
Tomorrow will not matter when all hearts of humanity stray away.
Jess told me HE'D risk 3 dollars once I'M GONE
But be happy I am still being read at least by you....
Do scan as and when
tomorrow would be for all a BIG question .
I am nearing 83 you know it
Regards Gee
I am NOT destined for FAME
BUT I'm happy
my mind was never LAME
Death
is our final exit. When we put off the mortal coil all our creative products are now left for people who are alive to read us. One thing is, what we have written outlive us. Our writings lives and remains a memorial in people's imagination.
I hope
that when I go to that other place that Frost and many other great poets will be around to share with.
