The Swan Dance

https://youtu.be/cFFyToAgfZM

A walk around The Irish Garden
the swans dance with excitement
two swans noisily ran near
and stood before me.

The 1-mile walk took 35 minutes
I took pictures with my iPhone
the photographer in me leaps
I capture the scenes that inspired me.

The couple embraced each other quietly on a bench
a family watched the lake sparkle in the sunlight
the cutest child excitedly yells, OMG
it's like her parents were following me.

I love seeing the swans
I take their pictures every time I come
a black swan audibly flaps her wings
to my delight, as I began to film.

I achieve an hour of yoga and meditation every morn
I walk the occasional walk to strengthen my legs
my apple watch tapped my arm
I completed the 1-mile walk.

I am impressed! A mile walk around the park every day? An hour of meditation each morning? Yoga? I'm lucky that I can twist myself up out of my chair, let alone into some yoga. I love the part about taking the pictures. Maybe I can manage that!

Glad you like it. I lay in bed and meditate yoga every morning bf getting up. I walk a mile when I can not everyday. Lol.

a couple of miles, just doing the shopping with my wife. But I only go inside and do that once in a while, when it is too hot to just sit in the car. Lol . Still impressed! ~ Geez.
