Grief In Brief (ONE MUST READ POEM

When sadness
shears the heart
we must share grief
let it be brief,
suffering extends
unless pain
you relieve

so shed a tear if you wish to
then move on
as one day
you will too be gone
as the next wind
like a gush comes along

take not to heart
the sadness
we all are part
of the same coin

birth and death
are the verse and obverse
of one and the same

in such moments
ones family do join
remember the good ones
who gave you
maximum fun

be glad one passed this way
as you also will go along
some day

A very good read with this piece, you see all that goading was for this end product for us, but we also know that the title given of "Young Bard" is there for a reason.
Now learn from all these things and know that there within your ways are great verses, it just has to be dragged out at the moment, but it will flow, as you find it, then our tasks are completed,
Yours as always Ian.T (My Buddha is smiling )

folks are asking for a copy of this one
I said yes
but quote as
@anonymous
to avoid plagiarism
is it okay?

thank you sir some one has asked for a copy quote
@anony
else it will be plagiarism no???

R

I agree with Ian's comment. As for your query about providing a copy of this poem to the one who has requested for it, in my opinion, as long as one is confident that it is his/her creation, one should not worry about it being a case of plagiarism. That's my take of course. Frankly, I do not know the legal aspects about plagiarism.

Regards,

Ian.T

There are many of my pieces that have been copied and put where people can read them, especially when I write solely for a person.
If you wrote this let the whole world have a copy and this way you will live for always, Yours Ian.T

Words of wisdom as usual and some good pieces of advice that would give relief when we grieve.

in such moments
ones family do join
and remember the good ones
which gave you the maximum fun ..... I thought maybe [who] might work better
just a thought.
Thanks for sharing,

alidzain

if it is me,I will write this 2 stanzas

"so shed a tear if you wish to
and then move on
as one day will you too be gone

as the next wind a gush comes along"

as one stanza -

so shed a tear if you wish to
and then move on
as one day will you too be gone
when the next gust of wind comes along

and this stanza,

"in such moments
ones family do join
and remember the good ones
which gave you the maximum fun .....

like this -

remember the moments
shared with one's family,
the undeniably good ones
which gave you the maximum fun .....

These are just of course, my own suggestions. Its up to you if you want to use them or not.
