As I remember

I lay in a soft serene
green grass mellow
meadow.
As I fondly
remember
when the sky
was clear cleansed
with the beauty of
the bright new
color of blue.
Where you and I
never had a care.
Never had to cry
or wonder why .
Just wanting
to lie in that
delicate dulcet day
dancing
within the dreary
month of may .

Hi, Edward,
This is the type of memory that keeps us going, getting through the rougher times. After slipping into your heavenly description of your memory, I wonder how and why the month of May can be so dreary. But it feels very personal, and I am content in not knowing any more.
Thank you!
