One never really knows what is missed until it is no longer available, to hold, touch, see, smell, or taste. Neopoet lives in a realm beyond these five senses, and it is wonderful to see it breathing again~~!~~

I have missed everyone and am anxious to get fully operational. The world was just a little duller w/o Neopoet in it. Welcome home.

Didn't realize it 'til today...this really IS my Internet home.
Who'd a thought.

It good to be back, better to see all of you, and even better to anticipate getting back to real criticism and getting better...things I have found lacking, elsewhere on Net poetry sites.

Good to see you back. I know what you mean. There isn't another site on the net that compares to Neo. It is home. It is comfort. It is panacea! It is learning! I love this place!

Seeing Neo. come back up, is like seeing the light in the window when you have been away too long.
i felt like I was lost, and wandering in the wilderness. Then LO! What light in yonder window breaks? I see the glimmer of a candle in the window. It disappeared and reappeared a number of times, as I traveled the path to home, but I never doubted that it was there. i stumbled through the bog, I tripped over roots, and I froze inj the cold of the vaccuum of life without Neopoet, but I am finally home! Thank you all, for keeping the candle burning for me. ~ Gee

Except...... a few weirdoes, who spoil food of birdies and I wish all knew, that Neopoets is for everyone, not only for those too few.
I have been here for a long time and my assessment has been transformed into a poem

POETIC MASTURBATION

WE ALL ARE EQUALL,
So we must all respect the others,
We are not all poets here,
but mostly I see MANY, give vent to emotions, divorcees who could not lead a happy marriage, nor could hold on to a guy they could boast of as a man ,as they are confined into garbs of manliness, devoid of womanliness.
Hope my message goes across to those, who feel Neopoets they alone own.

It has been a rough time for all of us, but we pulled through. I have a couple of questions for you. I hope you will respond to me in my message box. I would like to know how to post poems to say comment not "Edit". How do I get the "Red New" put on my poems. I have been trying everything I can think of and I still come up with edit, and no red new. I have a poem that says "edit" then my poem is next then how many comments. Please help me with my problem. I would appreciate if you can help me. Please respond by my messages. That way I will know
it is you. Thank you for you time.

But of course, poems you post aren't "new" to you. They will, however, appear as new to other members.

As to comments -- same thing. Your poems are displayed the same as anyone else.

It has been rough. No poetry, no blogs, no chat. It has been like my house burned down while I was away. Hard to realize how much I would miss Neo.

There is no place like home. said Dorothy. Now I finally understand how she felt.

Hello family and friends, the home is being rebuilt and I for one am so happy to be here.
