Fly So Far Away From Me

Pretty girl, my golden child,
A pretty girl was so in love with me,
Pretty girl, my golden child,
A pretty girl, so young and fair and free,
I wish I’d known what I do today,
I’d have begged her to stay,
Pretty girl, my golden child,
I let her fly so far away from me.

Thanks, Teddy, and yes, Catherine is a beauty, a lovely Welsh girl from Mumbles, Swansea, which I have been to. I just realised she has not acted in a major movie for some time, I hope she's OK, she is highly talented.

Geezer

that is the sense I get. My father would have loved your talent. He only wrote one song in his day, and as far as I know it was never published, but I can remember hearing it sung by a friend of his and wondering why it was never a hit.
"Please Be Careful With My Heart" I used to have the oringinal music and lyrics, but lost them years ago. Nice work, ~ Geez.
