Sanctity Of Insanity

Listen to the cacophony of thought
running rampant through a diffused mind
see the kaleidoscopic colors bleached white
by insolent actions and deed

Insanity prevails
like a wide eyed child
for here is shelter in it's bliss
while the world carries on out there
I am warm and welcome
here in the corridors of my mind

Geezer

of what transpires in a insane mind. Your look seems rather authentic and I guess that if anyone would know... I loved the
blanching of colors and the cacophony of voices. It certainly seems as though that if one was assailed by such things, that they would feel particularly safe within the confines of their own mind. I really liked the line " Insanity prevails like a wild eyed child" ~ Geez.

Hi Chrys, I think the same as Geez and Teddy. "Insanity prevails...". Sad and well said. We only feel safe in the confines of our minds...sometimes, IMO. All the best, Gracy
