Hey Whistle at 5.15 A.M. JUN CONTEST FINAL ONE

In a place I knew
a village
with maximum population
the train whistled at 5.25 am

It was too early to rise
too late to go back to sleep
what did then couples do
but not enjoy

together they made up
for the balance time
till all village girls
became pregnant
wow what a climb

the Mayor then passed
a verbal Order

no whistling by the train
through the village
let young one's
in juxtaposition remain
lol

as the train now silently
passed their open door
the driver still whistled
for sure
they couldn't see
nor hear any more

the train just silently passed
the driver happy galore
not knowing
what may have happened
he did everyone ignore...
laying drunk on the tracks
still moving for sure

Hmmm... "died much and many more" sounds a bit forced but the poem and its premise are entertaining....A town slowly depopulated by the lack of a whistle

trying fo a HAT trick
I shall let you
WIN
LOL

I am funny no
but shall compose
life is nothing else
but bottled up fun
like a Soda and rum
may begin for some

but I love SCOTCH
it only kicks
when taken on the rocks
it gives a kick
no manly horse can

so many standing besides me
run they say
mad man

seeking only fun
Sad he is now a horse
but be happy
an old one

HOZ IT
