should you forget
every moment of my life
I sacrificed

the scooter rides
car drives
walks to the club
the mall and back

your security
moment to moment
always upper most in my mind
as was and will be

but forget not
should you feel my age
deafness
disgust and frustration
deeply sunk

then also remember
even before you think of forgetting me
I shall be lost
in the wilderness
where you can never find

then you will know
what and whom you have lost
into the wilderness
man made as per your own creation
