Not Alone Primal Poetry

not alone
in the darkness
thick forest
empty trail...

cabin overgrown
little girl
grassy town...

beyond the prairie
open field darkness everywhere...

path through the trees
many faces appear with me
in the darkness
light comes forth...

end of the grassy road
light brighter than day
opened the way to the cosmos
darkness retreat
into the expanse I go
where dreams are...

not a hippy meditation session, I've been reluctant to offer any visual guides for fear of tainting your vision.

However a trick that works for many people is to visualise a cave entrance, nothing scary, just a path, as you follow it you will find yourself in a new realm. Describe who and what you meet and see.

A gently warning, if the the place feels hostile, just leave. There are an infinite number of places to go.

Some imagine a huge tree, possibly 'Yggdrasil' in Norse mythology, as as you climb amongst its huge branches you will again emerge into another realm.

A lovely journey will read the second stage in a moment, GREAT xx
