Or maybe you are seeking fame
the kind where people know your name
and show others just to see...
Be sure to not write poetry.
Perhaps you want a lot of money,
a big house in the land of milk and honey
owning land as far as you can see.
you'll not get there writing poetry.
But if you just want to share your tale
in words that don't sound dull and stale
have a slim chance at eternity

Maybe I can talk about myself right now for I did not know about other writers, I love poetry and am so passionate about it for it gives me rest and joy that's why I writer it.
Though money and fame are the primary reasons most people hustle for,and you just heat a nail on the head nice one I guess.

I write mainly to share and to develop another something to do other than hunt and fish as my body won't let me do those into old age. But I see no reason why I can't assail people with bad poetry for years to come lol. Thanks for dropping by
