Frigidity Faltered To Affection

Her heart swam in ecstatic desires;
anchored on a fruition beyond measure,
as my caress set it on pleasant fires;
her frigid mind on a flame of rapture.

Her mind once as a flickering moonlight;
made fickle, frigid and shrouded in pains
by memories of her acrid love plight,
yielded to affection without restrains.

She laid motionless like a mannequin,
her eyes draped in fruitive emotion,
bliss; once smoldered by her heart's ruin;
ebbing now like the tide of an ocean.

Her face beamed with warm smiles like sunshine
as the lush air made her mellow like wine.

Frigid is frequently used as a derogatory term by sexist men for women who refuse to have sex with them. Until the 1960's it was a clinical psychology term for women with a low sex drive, now debunked.

I can see why no-one else has commented. Apart from that word the poem is very conflicted, with no inner motivations, explanations or reason.

The poem speaks of a woman who has become frigid and mind fickle as a result of memories of her past ugly love escapades.But on this day ,she gave in to caress and affections. There after laid motionless like a manequin with her eyes and face filled with fruitive emotions once smoldered by her past ugly memories which began to ebb away to a new positive emotions.
