It's the food of every God
Allah or Jesus Christ........
Pepperoni, Beef Bacon, Cheese
Eight pieces perfectly sliced.
Don't forget the olives,
No onions please I beg
If I see one poking through
I'll have to break someone's leg.
I even heard a person say
The crust is the best part
If they tasted it with cheese inside
They'd say it's a work of art

ode to pizza
Yes, a universally loved food. a good start!
I would re-consider the first two lines. Allah is the god, Mohammad the prophet, as is Yahweh the god and Jesus the prophet. And as neither ate pork...you might want to re-word that.
It is fun to write poems about food like pizza. I think you should consider doing the rhymes in more consistent form. Also I would consider you would "break smebody's leg" not break "off" That image is a bit bloody!
Allow me to share a pizza poem, which hopefully will inspire you to dig a bit deeper and have fun with the subject:
SONNET TO PIZZA
We have measured out our lives with slices of pizza-
Ah, the Italians who gave us Renaissance and Rome,
But for the round pie made for Queen Margarita
Would have gone down in history and largely unknown.
In every city, town and woodland it can be found;
So I ask you, with this universal craving of dough,
Why is there all this misunderstanding around?
It’s simple, just the dough, cheese, oil and tomato,
Baked in ancient ovens of brick and stone;
All the kids love it, as do the Hittites and the Jews;
We all eat it the same with our hands alone,
Consumed with sugary drinks or with booze;
So, I ask you, if all humanity can rejoice with a slice
Why is this world not a paradise?
Well...
Well for Christians, Jesus is God, There is God (Father), Jesus (Son), and the Holy Ghost (Spirit) three of the Holy Trinity. Jews believed Jesus as a prophet, however Christians believe Jesus to be the Human form of God, as God is being always present in heaven, and the Holy Ghost as the spirit presence of the Lord. That's why I referred to him as God. However I can change Bacon to "Beef Bacon" instead and Break off to Break, it is a gruesome thought.

like the rhymes
and the rewrite.
I would however remind you that both Jesus, and Mohammad were Kosher, so the pepperoni and bacon would not apply...I think you can make pizza the food of the gods, but perhaps the pagan ones
might fit the theme better...or perhaps the food of the saints, as non Kosher foods were allowed by the latter proclamations of the church, after the death of Jesus.
