A new kind of love
A new born child
is like this
doesn't know
a world does exist,
in any case
what a world is 'tis
not known
'tis bliss
she winks and wakes
and then has a shake
asks for milk
she awakes
O miss
the mist of darkness
has been wiped away
the sunrises
like each and every day
and
the galaxy and moon go away
then it’s only my life and yours
all say
come love me now
the light is around
from darkness and deep slumber
we have woken
enlightenment ensues
for me and you
Behold!

I see it
Well. You have made it simple. Yes, I see it. It reads very good. A deep insight, I would say.
glad i have found
an encouraging reader in you I also read you.
You are a younger one too
Loved
A great read and a good one from your quill.
It is good to read something of yours that is not a comment on another work, and arriving as a new born does my eyes good,
Yours Ian..
friend Ian
when I compose serious poetry

i have a mirror with me

Ian standing in front of me
I am behind his shadow

If I could have written it, I might not have got some practice in meter ;
hope I am not unsound
if no meter remark you have found !
