Celluloid Reflexions
My memories play scenes
in sixteen millimeter flashes
of sepia, colors faded by Time,
and soulless shadows lost
in the years I no longer recognize.
a wonder to see a lifetime fade away
in celluloid in front of your eyes.

Joe
Life's ways are not celluloid, you are seeing your physical mortality.
Your God long ago when you drew close to him/her, in that infinity of longing for the truth, did show you in many ways of those places and things that are of eternity.
You see them reflected in the smile of another, a tear dropping in wonder, at the beauty we perceive and never understand, I am aware of the fear carried by us as to where we will go.
Remember as our soul smiles, so we will find that pathway, there are journey's we fear to make but in the plan of things it is one we cannot avoid.
The colours may fade in this now, but this is only to make the new colours more wonderful to see as you walk once again in the company of your God.
I will ask of who will walk with you to be more clearly seen.
Take care young man, the journey is short and we will be there at the station to greet you,
Yours Ian, and the Children

my heart is broken; ending is painful. I wish I had the strength to stay. I fear my God has forsaken me.
Joe
Your God will never forsake you, you have used his ways to be the Joe everyone knows.
In that you have grown nearer perfection.
Yours as always Ian..
