Always remember that you are as good as the next person and if someone wants to belittle you it is a fault in their makeup not you.
We are all beautiful souls and can be hurt by others that cannot see us properly, it is their fault.
A mirror to look into each day and say I love you is the best thing then spread that love around to those like souls , you will then reap the universal love and that is infinite.

really love this piece. Ian has given you a good advice. here's another if you will have it. no matter what other's view on you, you know yourself better, so don't let their negativity brings you down. You can use them to check on yourself or you can ignore them and walk away. In the end, you are the one who define yourself, not them.
