Blame It

Blame it on a moodswing
blame it on the wind,

Blame it on something
that you didn't do, again;

blame it all on others,
or on society,

blame it all on god,
or how mother nature rules the sea;

blame it on a feeling,
that, absurdly does return,

blame it on a lesson
that you are yet to learn;

but, placing all this blame
what no one wants to see,

is that no one wants to say,
"I've got to blame this one on me."

It's not about blame, it's about RESPONSIBILITY, no one ever wants to accept blame, and that's how people are programmed, I think

Thanks for the poem, Doc. makes one think about all the preaching, blaming and finger pointing--yet nothing changes, not really and quite sadly.
