Saving Grace

Laced with sincerity
These words overpopulate
This here blank page

Tearing my heart
And letting it spill
Endless emotions
Into the spotlight

When the world
Spit me out
You held my decaying
Soul with such care

You fed me compassion
Till my stomach couldn’t
Digest it anymore

I know it seems as if
We’re growing apart
Your more than a creation
Yes, you’re my saving grace
The pill that can’t be
Prescribed

Filled with versatile cultures
Wordsmith’s creating mastery
For the world to see
Somewhere on the virtual galaxy
Neopoet, is saving lost souls
And this I know
Because it saved me
