When I Fell Into The Ocean

And when I fell, I fell into the ocean
Head in my hands and all
And when I looked up through that holy water
The blur of the moon catching me fall
And as I cried, I cried like a child
Lost in the arms of its mother
And sucking my thumb, I fell into the womb

And when I fell, I fell into the ocean
Hands in prayer and all
And when I looked up through that holy water
I saw the moon turn to blood and evolve
And as I cried, I cried like a child
Lost in the simplest sin
And crushing my heart was your work of art

And when I fell I fell into your heart
Locked me up inside of its chambers
I became a flower and nourished your souls
And when you fell you opened up my doors
Walked in like it was your home
Made yourself comfy in my castle-like soul
And felt safe behind my walls
Let me hold you and rock you to sleep
Let me settle the tides of your heart
There’s nothing else here for me but you

And when I fell into the ocean
Heart in my chest and all
And when I looked up through that holy water
All I could dream of was you

Welcome back.

I like this poem though it can be tightened up without all the And's and some lines are a bit redundant.
