Early on
a misty morning
I hear
a lonesome cry .
For twas
a weeping willow
torn with
teardrop
in it’s eyes.
I whistled
“ what’s the matter”
And this was
His reply.
“For I’m
a winter willow
with
my mind
weighed in woe .
For I have
to face
the future
But I’m
too afraid to go .”

Thank you
thank you for reading I haven’t written much in a long time because I’ve been having problems with my head and I’ve been writing a story
But thank you I was inspired to write this by Tracy Newmans song Kevin Barry
