TWO THINGS GROWING TOGETHER

There are two seeds sown
That spring up in variety
Bearing its own fruits
There are corn and thorn
The symbol of good and bad
Fighting each other
Who is the victor?

Amazing! Jaw on the floor. Such a dark atmosphere you managed to create with the images you wrote! It's almost palpable, the feeling of having all the hopes
I love your poem very inspiring and delicately beautiful .

Wow, made me nostalgic/sentimental about memories that aren't even all my own.
that last stanza is lovely! i like the way you put words together

I thoroughly enjoyed your poem. There is a lovely subtext in this one. The reader can draw his or her own conclusion. Be that of darkness or light.

Nice to meet you

Regards Jayne.

even the thorns are important in life which keep the evil out of harms way. Life is all about good and bad which reside in each one of us...we need to nourish the good and weed out the bad...

Nice scrutiny! When we examine life up and down, bad is also inclusive. And is inevitable. Life can't always be rosy.

Great thanks for peeping in.
