Symphony Poeticity

THE BEAUTY
of poetry
such as this
is in itself a mark of symphony
melodious as it is

where even deaf can hear
through the eyes and hearts

tears wash away all our fears
when we read poetry
from our loved ones
near and dear
such as you my poet
supreme
where in the darkness of life
have you left me
serene

on a road as lonely
and
bereft,
of all life
I thought in me
still was left

sing a song of harmony
love and kisses
in between

when we meet
just ask
have we met

Great poem, dear Lovedly

Lines six and seven are unclear.

May I suggest instead something perhaps similar in spirit,

where even deaf can hear
through the eyes and hearts

Just a suggestion.

Barbara Writes

I really felt the tone of love, like sun rays in my heart, from reading this gem. There’s so much egotism emitted it’s a freshness not always felt when we meet people on the street.

Hello Lovedly,
Where have you disappeared?
I did not hear
from you for almost a week!
Are you writing something big?
I just thought
that you might want to know,
that you and your poems
are missed.

good thoughts expressed in this poem. Personally I feel you can do away with the last 2 stanzas or replace them to be in sync / progression with the earlier ones...
