The sweet stream of Silence

I sit and stare
wondering
where is a place
I can hide my face.
away from the whole
human race .

Drifting into
outer space.
Just swarmed
by the
sweet serene
sound of silence.

Never to be found
and broken by
the vile
vulgar sounds
of violence.

And through the years
as time
tiptoes past
the tears.
All thoughts
forgets the fears.
When the end
of my age
draws near.

Im still smiling
ear to ear.

As I trip
and trot
down
the time
forgotten
trail towards
tranquility.

Geezer

something that many of us wish for and never achieve. Nice wishing and I hope that you manage some measure of it. My only crit. is [passed] should be [past]. ~ Geez.
