She's My Lady

In your hands my heart I lay, my lady,
The one to whom I belong,
In your brightness my world illuminated,
Freeing my heart to love again,
So we may always walk hand in hand,
Down many pleasant paths of love.

Ever since I met you, life has taken a turn for the better,
As I sit beside you, the air from your breath I breathe.
As I look deep into your radiant eyes,
The balsam of my fragile heart I find.

As complex and complicated a man I'm,
The key to my heart in your hands lies still.
Verily, without you beside me I'm savagely undone,
For all I need to live, the words you softly speak.

Who's this lady I lose my mind over?
This lady in whom I find a soothing home?
She's the star upon the hilltop of beauty,
A pottery made out of the finite clay of elegance;
She's the fairest of them I've ever beheld.

Oh, my feelings run wild when I think of you!
As a man whose passion is fulfilled I feel
When I wine and dine with you all alone.
I shall give the world to own your love forever,
And it shall dwell in my heart till my breath is gone.

quite the ladies' man! If this is your declaration of your love, then she must be captured by your romanticism! One of your better works! ~ Geez.
