I is tired today so words as the song says.
"Don't come easy" So I shall write on......
Did you see it
Out of the corner of your eye.
The chandelier fell
through the sunlight.
There for a second I saw.
Lights that had been hidden
Hidden for many years.
It was the soul of the chandelier
Splintered rainbows
Cascading dreams of light
Thought concentrated
Falling as a waterfall
The light cascaded
Down and more down
for ever it held the dream.
Then the noise of contact
There the light transformed
As the drop ceased in a splendour
As if life itself was the same.
Giving up the beauty held
There the Spirit had been freed.
The light spread outward
Its journey to join the universe.

There in the shadows a son was born

metaphors asleep
as at night
in the covers of darkness
till arises in my sight
