Into the music I allowed

you,
far away,
I think I love you

our dance of separation,
heavy-limbed
and shredded
far
into the melancholy night

no cell phone ringing
no shared riffs of space
no feathered bridges
across

mudra hands enjoining
this wasteland paradise

faded flower stains of your heart
like deep ribbon grief
upon my lips

An expression of love projected over a distance not knowing if it turns a thought, sent on Angels wings passing continental barriers filling all the voids flowing on into a heart that may feel a warming but not knowing from where.
Lovely write Anna leaving all to wonder what has happened to the other, that the thought is sent is all that is needed, Yours Ian.T

nice write,,,, I read your words and long distance love / relationship comes to mind. It is a huge burden. and yet when love is pure and true, it overcomes all boundaries.

".....you,

it's another "wee Beauty" this one! Brought strains of Van Morrison's INTO THE MYSTIC, to mind!
