Mama's Love

There's nothing like
mama's love
warm and sweet
on rainy days

There's nothing like
mama's love
softer than rose petals
on stormy nights

There's nothing like
mama's love
purer than fine gold
when you yearn mama's arms

Mama's love
gone, warm and sweet
softer than rose petals
purer than fine gold

Rest in peace
dear fine lady
we all love, missing you
forever in our hearts

Unfortunately the last time I saw my mother she introduced me to my sister as her brother Bob.
I wish I could spare her the humiliation of losing her mind.
Does that mean I want her to die?
Yes.
So judge me.

I feel you, I wrote this last night for my grandson mother's cousin after she posted Rip to her grandma who die late last night. I never met or knew their grandma. but know of her as my grandson's other grandma and mother would talk about going to the nursing home to sit with her every week since I meet them.
