A lover translates desire

TWO POEMS
ONE

Adam n his apple

It was a depiction of a male’s apple
hanging within which seeds were hidden
they enjoyed and the serpent still springs
all love it when it does sting
in the bedroom darkness
that’s when only we get light
a flash of awakening
and
emerge with wanton love
a desire for more
that’s what, was the lesson
from the garden
ask no god

use yours......

Those blooming eyes

Let me stare into the depths of those eyes
which so much care
for a deep venture to night,
is today that the midnight,

let the world be polite
the thoughts be genuine
of love and serenity true
and
as I stare into your eyes,
I can hear a murmur
the eyes flutter
and
your lips quiver

whither go my thoughts astray
Out hallucinations!
out of my way,
it's been a long time since gone
the apparition in my mind
still stays strong

Out! you damned thoughts
out you go,
my dream is just a dream
we all know,

but love beneath
at the sunken bottom
can make believe
if you were not that young
and
I not so high strung,
upon times imagination
our tongues would have sprung

alas in this birth
we cannot now be one...
