Dear life,
How are you doing?
I am writing this letter to you
From the bottom of my heart
I hope you get it as soon as possible
Your cold breeze I have felt before
On a lonely dark night,
The anger of the street
With the companion of ravenous fellows
And innocent destitute
Dear life
You are a good teacher
You’ve thought me well and your ways I have learnt
Though those experiences were not sweet
Like the juice of a bitterleaf
My heart you’ve shifted backward
My eyes you’ve made to smile
Dear life
Am so grateful
Thanks

Well...
I think you have learned something here after all. I like everything about this one. Only critique is that it is [taught] not thought.
Other than that; I have no criticisms, just praise for a well thought out and written poem. Sharp images!
