I have set a deadline for my next Haiku and that deadline will be this week, rough draft of course. Maybe with a little critique I will be able to put a little polish to it. Buddha...

... I just realized ( please forgive me,I am new here) that your post is a Haiku... Well done.

Hello Buddha
The example given by Barbara is not a Haiku but a Senryu. I suggest you red the explanations I have attempted to give to Wesley about Haiku, Senryu, Tanka & Renga in the stream on the collaborative Renga by Barbara

Welcome to Neopoet,

Sparrow

The love of writing
It brought me here to your side
I feel no warmth

Here my key pen you should guide
Yet why do I feel so alone.

Not to you just one for the Renga, take care out there loved your write,
Yours Ian xx

You're welcome. That's the beauty of my collaborative renga workshop; you don't have to be there all time. You can go on with life busies, drop a haiku or Senyru thought when ever you have a moment to spare. Remember this renga is eternal, infinite; it'll be there when you return.
