The Fall
I just fell from a precipice.... though not too high...
fell on the back of my flat head...
heavens saved me
you want to know why?
coz I have yet to compose poems
without a score
and
many will learn from me.....all the more
Two things in life are for certain
CALAMITY
and
OPPORTUNITY
always come unannounced
Curtain!

No there was a thunder...
No there was a thunder... all asunder
I couldn't salvage myself
but to get on my two feet
was helped
now I'm keeping myself under surveillance
for seventy two hours....... I know nothing will happen ...
as this wasn't the first occasion .
I'm adept to face head injuries
but they also are scared of me.........hahahahaa..
Shall be able to give a detailed report
much ,much later may be ,
just wait and do see...
Hi loved
perhaps it's all that falling which flattened your noggin lol.............stan
yeah you bet it helped
head injuries are a great cure
for many a malady.
just believe me..
see you after seventy two hours .
simply pray for me..
of course you will have to
wait and see....
Dear Loved,
very humorous with a touch of truth added. I love secret ingredients!
always, Cat
Thanks Cat,it is very much
humorously truthful....
So far so good
but another few hours
of self observation will do.
Hopefully I shall compose my thanks
for the concern to all of you.
Loved
I would have fetched you a drink of water
it would have saved you from going with Jill
I knew you shouldn't ought'r.
It is Jacks job don't you see
It was his crown that was to be broken
Now what can I tell the kids their rhyme is bespoken
By a young bard that wanted an affair
With a young Jill with golden hair
Get real man and get off that hill
Ha! Ha! I am laughing still,
Yours Sparrow, that bids you no ill
how I wish twas a story ..of Jack and the HIll
how I wish twas a story ..of Jack and the HIll
sorry ,
I meant Jill
but twas a minor roadside hill
where i fell to my head till
and
failed to pay my electricity bill
ere they threaten me with
a bit of lightening
which they after all did
and the bard is alive still
friend my Ian ...to kill
hmmm
