Different P.O.V. ...

In looking through the keyhole
there stared an eyeball back at me
I was really fascinated
and then there was a knee!

They listened at the door
I heard them breathing then
I was frightened, but excited
so I looked just once again

Little breathing whispers
who is that, that is there?
I heard another voice
"Come back, cause I don't care"

"Peeping Tom is at our keyhole
Let's make love again
give them quite the show
what we're doing ain't a sin"

So every night I watched
learning something new
while looking through the keyhole
I got a different point of view

Oh, yeah, I'm in every part of this!
Its the sneaky bits o' life that get you through.

"When you change the way you look at things
the things you look at change"
A different slant on oddity
the peculiar- weird and strange.

Cheers, Geez.

A tale from a neighbor's little boy! LoL
He told his mommy, that he was looking at the keyhole of his sister's room, because the door was locked and he heard her in there. His mommy was laughing so hard that she could hardly tell the story! "He said mommy, they were wrestling and it sounded like they were having fun, but they wouldn't let me in so I could play too!" LMAO! ~ Geez.

I see you are getting a bit lazy in your tile: only abbreviate words when texting or stealing a recipe, lol! i love this poem...and you; especially when you get deviously playful! these lines are my favorite:

So every night I watched
learning something new
while looking through the keyhole
I got a different point of view

this little boy is a constant source of amusement at the antics he pulls. His mother thought it was funny as all get out!
Now her daughter has put something over the keyhole and his little voyuer days are over. His father laughed so hard he fell off his chair and told me and the neighbor about it, laughing hard all the way. It seems that these neighbors have children that are regular Dennis the Menace types. His brother is the one I wrote the "Devil's Ride" about. Of course, I embellished that one quite a bit, but the basic story of his antics are true. Seems like little Rodney is taking after his brother! ~ Geez.

And the story behind it was even funnier! Good write!

Geezer, this poem is well written. What resonated with me is how the author showed the analogy of the different perspectives or points of view associating the image or angle, looking through a keyhole. Very creative and beautifully penned.

for your read and comments. I had fun writing this one. Just a lirttle taste of my brand of humor. I am not all Killer and serious stuff. I like to have a little comedic fun now and then. ~Geezer.
