Fit for a king in his castle, a strong cellar door.
It leads to the basement floor. Built by an old wise man using the finest cedar wood. Three metal hinges and a crystal knob decorates the door face.
Shutting out the rest of the house, no one dares to enter
through the rectangle shape door. In his secret place gramps keeps his skeleton key that locks the cellar door. to his workshop. Each day he tip toes down a pair of spiral
shape stairs where he builds creative rocking chairs.
His queen knows hard work is beyond the cedar cellar door. To summon him for dinner or a snack, she uses a bell strap. She greets him with a treat as he exits, with a long sweet kiss that knocks him off his feet.

Your efforts show.

Hello
I think this is excellent poetic prose. It has a lot of rhyme and alliteration which takes it from wave to wave. I liked it
I liked
the reference to the royals, the secrecy that lies behind the cellar door and finally the door been made from the cedar adds srtength to it.
Thank you for your submission rock.
